LC310 Mask not working

I am using a LC310 to read Modbus registers from a Basler 2020. All the Pre-alarms work except Hi coolant temp which look like the mask is not working. The mask is 2147483648. register 4814. using the Basler - 2020 template from netbiter. The page displays 33554448 which represents bit 4 and bit 25 are on.
