A customer of mine has recently purchased several new machines that each came with an Ewon Cosy. The customer would like me to handle remote support of the PLC’s using the Cosy. How do I go about setting this up and linking it to Talk2M, one of the machines was previously linked to Talk2M via the oem for some troubleshooting but this is no longer the case, as the customer would prefer me to handle remote support.
