Is a recover possible on this Cosy? With power applied, power light on, signal strength lights on. B11, USR, KEY, D12, 12M & @ light flash every 12 seconds. No LAN or WAN lights.

It might be. Can you provide the serial number of the device? What have you tried so far?
You can try the recovery process if you have a 10/100 switch. You’ll power on the device while holding down the reset button, like the factory reset process, with eBuddy go to “Tools > eWON Recovery” and if it should find the device and give you further instructions.
Also, if there is an SD card inserted, please remove it first.
