I had another customer call yesterday about the BASIC IDE code disappearing in the browser. Has this happened to you at all since?

It depends on if you mean complete program loss, in that case I
say no it has not happened again. But if you mean just not being
visible when I open the IDE window, it happens a lot if in remote
connection and a slow one at that.
I did learn that it is related to going to the IDE when Basic is
in run mode, and doing so VIA remote connection almost always
leads to a much higher probability of this happening; I believe it
is related to a latency of communications.

Have you tried using Incognito mode in the browser (Chrome)?

Lol, no… It is a mode that does not save cookies, tracking info, etc…
