Our controls tech department recently purchased Item #024710, PROFINET Master Simulator 1.0.1.63 software to monitor the PROFINET output of our Prosoft PLX31 EIP PND. When installed on the first computer, the license key was not recorded. This computer has since become inoperable and we would like to install the software on a different one. The coupon code will not allow another activation and, as previously noted, we do not have the license key that was generated. Is there a way you can reset the coupon code so we can activate this much needed program? Thank you for your help!
