I have a customer that is using the COSY to connect to a Web Server in a PLC at a specific IP address.

When they connect directly to this IP address, they can see the web page load and the data populate the screen. However, when they connect to the same address with the Cosy using M2WEB via Web Proxy, the web page loads, but the data in the boxes on the page does not load.

This data is coming from a PLC using port 8000.

Is this somehow conflicting with something in the M2Web ? Or do they have the

Hi Paul,

We occasionally see web pages that do not play nicely with M2Web. There could be a number of reasons in this case, so we would need more information, such as:

  • what http errors are they seeing in the browser?
  • what type of PLC is this?
  • etc.
