m2Web Time Out

Good morning, the m2Web connection is not working. The site either takes minutes to load & times out during login or it times out during M2Web site loading.
We’d like some support on this as it’s preventing us from supporting our customers that are calling in with issues.

The url on the status page does no good. You can get to the login but once you select a Flexy unit and if that unit is in the US you can not connect to the unit.

This url times out.
