M2Web VNC Connection Kicks Back to Main Page

Hi,
I’m having an issue with the M2Web VNC connection. When I click the link to connect to the PC on the machine network, it loads for a second, then just brings me back to the main M2Web page - never asking for a VNC password or even allowing me to get to that page. If I try to VNC in with VNC Viewer and ECatcher, there are no issues, this is only happening with M2Web. It also isn’t just me, it’s happening to everyone that’s tried to access this connection. Has anyone run into this before? Any Suggestions?
