recently my customer want to change the running Ewon Cosy module to a new SIM card ( same company), how could I done this job remotely (not sending the module back to us)? I knew how to set up locally but not remotely. Any suggest?

Hello,

The SIM card will need to be physically replaced on the COSY itself. YOu will need to have someone onsite connect a laptop with TeamViewer or some other remote viewing software to the LAN side of the Cosy. They will be able run the Internet Wizard to restore connection to the internet.
