I made a main screen for people viewing the data on a computer. I also made a mobile screen for mobile users. However, when I go to view the page on a mobile device, the computer view comes up. Is there something I am missing in order for the correct screen to load on the particular device?

If you have the Computer View set as the main page, it will show up regardless of the method of connection. The ViewON project and flexy, does not distinguish which type of connection is made ( computer vs mobile).
Most likely the best method to resolve this issue would be to have the Main page show two boxes that the user can select which view they want to use. Then the box’s can open the tab to the newer view.
