Modbus RTU Communication Error

Hi,
Our Ewon Flexy 102 connected 45 RTU Nodes Via TCP to RTU Converter from three different buildings over MODBUS TCP Network (LAN ). We have a issue in the building 1 13 RTU Slave Devices.

And All RTU Slaves working fine in the Modscan software.

I have checked disable tag error but no improvement from that.

I would create a ticket on our Support Portal, and supply a backup with support files of the unit. This can be done using eBuddy while connected to the device.

Our 13 slave device setting (Not working )

Baud rate- 9600
Parity-No
Stop bit-2
Data bit -8

Working 2 device setting in same bus

Baud rate- 9600
Parity-No
Stop bit-1
Data bit -8

RTU Master setting

Baud rate- 9600
Parity-No
Stop bit-1
Data bit -8

In our 13 not working devices, Earlier there was only 4 slaves with same setting. it was working and we have added extra 9 slaves to the same bus , after all 13 slaves no communication. All time two working devices was in place…

Some time RTU master nearest slave devices are working
Total RS 485 BUS length around 300 meters
All devices connected daisy chain
Used 1 pair sheilded cable not twisted (polycab)
No termination and voltage bias resister in the bus
Slave device have signal ground. port not connected only + and - Connected
