This product used to be branded Anybus. I have both versions (about 15 units) and cannot, for the life of me, get the devices to communicate over Modbus TCP.
Looking at the attached photo:
I have tried everything to PING this address. Regardless of whether I am on the same subnet, I still cannot ping what is here.
Please advise.

I think I was talking with you about this device last Friday. Were you able to read from the mdobus device using the CAS scanner?

No, I am getting with someone from Siemens this week (I reached out to them last Friday after hours of frustration).
Hopefully that will get us somewhere. The current response from the HMS Gateway to the Siemens is “No Connection.”
I will keep you posted.
