- You can find a step-by-step guide on how to perform a modem firmware update at our website: Ewon Technical Support - Modem Firmware - Version & Update
Topic 2: How to pick the right firmware file
- After downloading the ewon modem firmware .zip file, you will notice that the file contains more than one folder under firmware. In order to pick the right file for your ewon, look at the last 2 digits of the serial number of your ewon as these 2 digits represent the appropriate pcode2x file that you should use for your ewon. For example, if your device serial number is xxxx-xxxx-24, then the right firmware file is located at the pcode24 folder.
