I did not see an MTBF on the datasheets for these modules. In particular, I am interested in the MTBF for the AB6635 (Profinet) and AB6638 (EtherNet IP) modules.

Yes. I will take the MTBF information that you provide for the module and add it into the MTBF’s for the parts on the circuit board that has been designed to host the module and have an MTBF for the combination.
