J’ai branché une caméra IP Galaxy sur mon Ewon.
J’arrive à me logger dessus avec chrome lorsque je me connecte avec ecatcher.
Lorsque je suis sur m2web, j’ai l’hyperlien vers ma caméra mais la connection ne se fait pas.
J’ai 4 éléments en hyperlien sur ma connection, les autres appareils se connectent sans problème.
Que faut il que je regarde pour arranger ce trouble ?
Si l’appareil photo utilise ACTIVE-X, il ne sera pas compatible avec M2WEB. Savez-vous quel type de technologie la caméra utilise pour la page Web? Avez-vous besoin de télécharger quelque chose pour que cela fonctionne?

I’ve got a problem too with factiry talk view point.
Is working well with ecatcher but I need credential when I use m2web.
Do you know what’s happen in this case ?

Yes, the cameras that require plug-ins will not work with M2Web. I think we have had good luck with the AXIS brand of cameras in the past. You need one that will stream over HTTP without any plug-ins.
I know there was an issue with FTVP in the past as well and I think you need to change the authentication setting on the HMI.
