I need to add a device to my network that requires NAT access to the internet through our eCOsy131. can this only be done on site at the eCosy?

You can set up the NAT 1:1 translation remotely to the IP address you plan on using, but you will need to have the device you are attaching to the Cosy configured to that IP address as well, so you’ll need access to that.
