Custome has a Cosy with a NAT1:1 one connecting through WAN that is speaking to a KEPServer. The device is able to maintain a connection for 4-5 hours, before KEPServer loses communication to the COSY and connected device. THe event logs do not show when the device disconnects, nor does it show any attached errrors.

Can you pull a back up of the device, on the next time it loses connection. We do have a lot of WAN errors, especially with the DHCP server. I would like to see if there is any information displayed before the immediate disconnect.
The mapping looks correct. I would like to see if there is any WAN disconnect prior to the disconnect from the KEPServer
Also, is the LAN side on a DHCP server as well? Or is that a static IP? If the DHCP server error the assigned LAN IP Mapping could cause the server disconnect.
