Need to move access from one account to another

Hi,

we have a customer, who has an ewon that was configured and connected to another company support site. That company has lost the account details (they stopped using ewons) so they can no longer delete the units they do not carry support for. Is there anyway the ewon can be disconnected from the existing account, without logging in? This is an urgent matter as the customer in question is in a hard down condition, and we are the only company that can get them up and running.

Does the old company still use the same email addresses? The easiest way to do this would be for us to send a password reset to the admin of the old account so they can login and remove the devices.

If that’s not an option, could you get the purchase order from these devices and we can talk with the distributor about getting a key to remove them from the old account?
