Netbiter Activation sheet

Hello.

I do not know if this is the correct way to ask for a problem…

I have two brand new Netbiter, but someone has lost the sheet with the ACTIVATION CODE.

Which is the correct procedure to request new ones?

Hi Antonio,

For lost activation code you will want to create a case at are support portal since that will get you in contact with are Europe branch that would have purchase records of the device and able to help. They might ask for a picture of the sticker on the back of the netbiter or a purchase order if you have those ready.
