Hello

My customer has a Gormaan Rupp above ground lift station with a Netbiter model #ec310 system, serial number 15-3185LE.

I need to update the phone numbers in the alarm/contact notification portion of the program. The local area code is being split, and after June 2, 2018 all numbers will have to have a “1” dialed before the area code, or the call will fail.

I wasn’t involved with the set up of the is particular pump station, and I can’t locate any paperwork at my office. Do you guys program in the phone numbers, or can I do it? I looked on your website but did not see anything about this.

Hello,

The alarms are set to the configured users in the Argos account that the Netbiters are added to. To update the phone numbers you will need to update these users. You can log in though Netbiter.net with the administrator and update all the accounts or each user will need to log in and up date their respective accounts.

You can find more information in the Argos Administrative Manual.
