hi, we have a Netbiter EC250 (SIM card version) installed at site and is currently offline. I am planning to check it remotely by having someone connect to the unit by LAN cable and give remote access via Teamviewer.
In order to login to the Netbiter unit over LAN, I understand that it needs System ID and activation code.
I have a system ID but missing activation code as the unit is few yeards old.
Could you please advise if it is possible to help me with the activation code if I provide System ID.

Hi Sagar,

For this I would create a ticket at https://mysupport.hms.se to get in contact with your local support team since we need to verify ownership to be able to provide the activation key for the Netbiter.
