No Connection after SIM Card Update

I had to install a new SIM card, as the service provider is stopping 3G service.

I changed the new phone number to match the new SIM and left the APN the same as it was (“phone” for an AT&T SIM). The SMS was sent and received by the unit, but it is still not online. Is there anything else that needs to be changed (like a MAC address or something like that)?

It is a Netbiter EC350.

No, this was purchased through our corporate account. Same as the last SIM that we had.

EC350 does not support 4G. That device is a 3G modem only. You will need to purchase a EC360 since that has the 4G modem.

Well that’s disappointing. I saw 3G/4G signal on the Dashboard, so I didn’t think it was an issue.
