No Data Connection

Hello everyone,

i am having some problem with the SIM Card data connection.

I putted the sim card and configured the APN.
Now in the status the network appears and the signal strenght is 28/31.

The problem is that the DATA CONNECTION is still “NO” even if the signal is ok.
I tested the simcard in another device and it works correctly.
What can be the problem?

Hi,

It looks like you are only getting a 2G signal when you need a 4G plan with the netbiter if it is a EC360.

I would check that the Sim plan you got is a 4G data plan.
