No data logged

Hi everyone,
Since this morning, each of the 70 EC150 and EC310 that we installed in France are online and requestable in live but none of their data are logged by Argos.

Is there a issue or incident in progress ?
Do the alarms always forward to the end-user ?
No official communication from eWON or HMS.

Hello @loicloiseau,

There is no known issues at this time.

To double check I setup an EC350 to log some basic data and am seeing new data come into Argos. I also sent out some test alarms and was receiving them.

If you can provide either the a system ID or account name I can take a closer look at your account.
