I have a brand new AB9006-B that I cannot communicate to. The DW light is solid green/flashing red. When I connect an ethernet cable to either port, the link lights do not blink. Also when I connect a USB cable to it, my Windows 10 laptop shows an error saying that the connected device has malfunctioned.
Any ideas?
