We finally got this resolved. Everything pointed to a firewall issue. Come to find out they issue firewall rules based on an IP address. Hence the computer
on site would pass connection checker but the eWON with a different IP did not have the same authorization. Ken was finally able to talk directly with the person that manages the firewall and they got the problem resolved.
Resolved. I had check the date again and it was the problem, different format always gets us USA guys!
