Not recieving activation key when creating new eCatcher account

Hello,

Per our conversation, you are experiencing issues when creating new eCatcher accounts. You do not recieve the email for the activation.

I am running some tests on my end to verify if i am encountering the same issue, as well as researching solutions.

I will follow up with you early next week with an update.
