Offline/Online

We have a Cosy 141 that has been solid for some time but now the log shows it going offline/online frequently, any suggestions support at customer site is limited

It’s hard to say what may be causing the connection drops without access to the device logs through a backup (including support files).

If you could get a backup of the device using our eBuddy software (including support files) then I can take a look at your device logs and settings.

If you are troubleshooting this without logs then I would try replacing the WAN’s Ethernet cable and installing a 10/100 ethernet switch before the eWON’s WAN (internet) port to ensure good signal strength and quality.
