Prevent from resetting Flexy 205

Hello,

Is there any way to prevent the eWon Flexy 205 from resetting using the reset button? We have several units all over Europe. Occasionally, there is a connection issue on the customer side, but before finding and fixing the problem they will first try resetting the Flexy 205, which will delete the connection settings to the VPN server. So it then requires us to go out and reset the unit to connect to the VPN server.

Hello Michael,

There isn’t a method to prevent the formatting of information when a Factory reset occurs. The reset button and procedure is hardcoded within the Flexy itself, and does not have any relatable configuration within the UI.
