Problems connection through Cosy 131 to Windows Server 16 w/ Factory Talk

Chris said you were having some problems so I wanted to get more info so we can get this up and running for you.

Is the Windows Server on the Cosy’s LAN network? Can you ping it?

If it’s on the LAN and you can’t ping it, go to the eWon’s properties in eCatcher and under “Configure LAN devices and firewall” make sure the firewall is set to standard. If you still can’t ping, please verify the IP address on the server.
