Profinet Master Simulator Device Enumeration

I’ve installed Profinet Master Simulator Basic, and I get the following message when attempting to connect to Anybus X-Gateway. Everything seems to be installed properly on Windows 10:

Could not enumerate live capture devices!
Ensure that Pcap library is installed
Error:
Failed getting devices. Error: No interfaces found! Make sure libpcap/WinPcap is properly installed on the local machine.

Any help is appreciated

Hello @Norman,

I believe this error should be resolved by reinstalling the software. Alternatively I manually removed winpcap from my PC and reinstalled it with the installer directly from winpcap’s site. You can find the installer here: https://www.winpcap.org/install/

It turns out Avast was blocking it.
