PVP 6 does not read data from COSY141works as gateway DF1

hello.

I have started the gateway DF1 in my COSY141 and i have connected with SLC.
My panel PVP6 can not read data from this PLC.

how to set up cosy 141 to make the panel read data from SLC?

My Panel connect to Lan port in Cosy with adres :100.100.100.1
My SLC have adres 100.100.100.27

If you have any information for this type of setup that would be helpful.

Are you able to ping that SLC when you’re connected to the Cosy?

I have Ping when I connected to Cosy141.

Hi Jakub,

It looks like the IP address of the Cosy is 100.100.100.27 and you’re able to ping that fine, but are you able to ping the 100.100.100.1 and get a response?

Also you could go onto eCatcher and right click on this device and go to properties. Then go to the LAN & Firewall section and go to Configure LAN Devices & Firewall. If you have the Firewall set to Standard you should be able to ping anything in the 100.100.100.x range without any issues. If you have the firewall set to High, you’ll need to click add LAN Device and give it a Name/IP address/Privileges.
