Quick Connect tunnel issues?

Hi HMS support,
Is there something that needs to be done apart from the TAP adapted rename for the quick connect to be more stable when connecting to the tunnels?
I have tested this on various Windows platforms and Quick connect works best on the Windows 10 Home / Pro and Windows 7 Ultimate.
We were never able to get a stable connection with Windows 11 Pro and Windows 8.1.

Could someone let us know what would be a fix to this issue?

Installing the Quick Connect software, and verifying the adapter should be all that is required for a stable Quick Connection. If are having issues with the software or connection, you will need to create a ticket in our Support Portal for diagnosis.
