When I open up QuickConnect i receive an error saying it is unable to contact server and I am unable to log in.

We are currently seeing an issue with quickconnect accessing the server.
You can use the following workaround to still connect to your device.
First launch quickconnect so it is running in the system tray.
Next open a browser, Navigate to Netbiter.net and login.
Once logged in navigate the following url: https://quickconnect.ra.netbiter.net/#/systems
This should load the same view you see in the quickconnect software. From this page you can connect to your devices.
