This has been going for two weeks now.

Our customer is very unhappy and wants this RMA approved and a replacement INBACDAI001R000 sent out NDA.

Please advise!

Hi Ken,

The last thing I sent was on 8/25/2020 in the auxilium support system asking if they had a second usb cable to try and power the device but I never heard anything back on this.

Did they try to power it with a second cable to see if they could get any response from the LEDs?
