UNfortunately, the Intesis Support systems are seperate from the US Based support systems.

Can you please provide some context on the issue? Also any contact infomration from Spain?

I will be able to get a ticket started on our end and begin the process of finishing the issue.

Dealer has purchased INWMPDAI001I000

On setup, he is being asked for the key code, which is not included in the carton. I have checked another box of the same unit and that one is also missing this

The paper in the carton has the model #, MAC, Default PIN & IP

This is the 3rd request for an answer.
