I reached out to Eric to see if I could get some additional support. However there should already be a case open with the Control 4 contractor listed below. Francois had all 9 wifi modules working for 2 days
and then they all stopped communicating with the router. Francois had someone with Intesis support spend most of a day on the phone and operating his laptop remotely. That was over 2 weeks ago.
Moving forward please reach out to Francois for questions and suggestions. We are at the point that the builder isn’t wanting to pay the ac & electrical contractors their draw until this is addressed. Greatly
