What is the time period of this usage? The logs show repeated DNS and connection errors and only go back about 2 weeks.

The device that you sent the backup for is currently configured to use ethernet for WAN connection, not cellular. Did this recently change?
That has been installed in September
Can you take a screenshot of the Cellular Data usage or something that i can crosscheck this with?
