Can a customer who has his own server have the WS100 directed to his server instead of yours after 2020?

The WS100 have guaranteed access until the end of 2020. In 2021 no more updates will occur for the devices if a security flaw is found that would compromise our servers access can be shut off.

So it looks like you’ll be good for about a year and 4 months before you might need to look for a new device

These devices do have limited support for Argos though and are only able to send alarm and log data to Argos. Unfortunately you won’t be able to connect this device to another cloud server. Typically these are just used as local devices but you could have them setup to use SNMP or send out emails it looks like.
