We just pulled the connector apart at the module end, found no flaky connection, and confirmed 60 ohms between the two comm wires. The AB LEDs still show:
1,2,6, solid green;
4 fast flash, 5 steady flash green
Would appreciate if you could do a remote session and tell me where I should look: PLC to AB or AB to our test module or within AB.
