Attached are the snippits I took of the errors and account warning messgaes etc. Let me kmow if you need more info. The OS of this laptop is Windows 10 Home 64 Bit in case they need that info.

Hello,

For the Viewon registration. That code is just to get additional support if you run into issues creating projects. You still have full access to Viewon and all of it’s features even if the registration code isn’t working. You should be able to just hit the later button
