We have a customer trying to re-register an older eWON (Not used for some time) to a new account and no longer has access to the older account.

Hi Mike,
Can you show us a purchase order for the device or can you get in contact with the old admin of the account so that we can send him a password reset and have him remove the device from the old account?
For security reasons we can’t just remove a device from an account
