Hello, my colleagues unit is having reboot and connection lost issues. I’ve recently updated to firmware 13.2s1 to see if that solved the issue and redid the wizard setup but it seems to keep happening. I’ve attached the support files. Backup.etar.gz (23.3 KB)

Can you go onto eBuddy and grab the backup.tar with the support files included, it gives us more information about the device along with debugging tools

After taking a look at this it seems like you may have some EMI with this device that would be causing some issues. This is usually seen when there is a lot of noise around the device. Typically people are able to resolve this by either using shielded cables or putting a switch at the end to try and do a little packet correction before it reaches the cosy
