I just performed a remote update of the new test firmware for my Flexy 205. After a successful write, I saw that the device dropped off my ecatcher and has yet to come back. Is there a reinitialization process that I need to perform before I can connect to it again?

No, after the firmware is downloaded, the device should reboot with the same network and VPN settings, so it should come back online in eCatcher. What firmware did you upgrade from? Do you have another way to get access to the device?

Have you tried connecting through M2Web?
Yes. Through m2Web it reports offline.
Can you get someone on site to reboot it and check that the LEDs are on?
