Removing Fexy from unkown account

I have a demo flexy that won’t connect to ecatcher due to being registered to another account. Can you remove it from that account please?

Hi Sean,

I believe we just talked on the phone. As we spoke about, we cannot remove an Ewon from someone’s account, but if we get their permission or ownership information, we can provide a T2M account reset key.

Thanks for responding. I started this process prior to 8am so I was looking for a solution. The reset key worked well. I’ll let our Gibson Team know to delete the Ewon from their account after using it or use a shared account. Thanks again! Sean
