Hello, On my first attempt to program an eWON Cosy 131 I programmed it to a wrong account. My problem is that now I try to re-program it and I have forgotten the user name and password and I cannot get to the wizards to set it up. How can I reset it’s program to as it was when I took it out of the box? I have eBuddy.

If you release the Reset button as soon as the USR light turns steady red, it will only reset the user, but if you wait until it is blinking red, it will also reset the other data like the network information.
