Hello,
how can I avoid restarting the Flexy (because I lose the registry of the hostorique because of the reboot)

Hello,

Are you manually restarting the device? Or is the device rebooting on it’s own?

Can you please supply a back up of the unit with support files? This can be done using eBuddy with a local connection.

Hello,

I reviewed the backup that you supplied. A couple of things to note:

The GSM levels are not at the required level of 18. This can cause disconnects, and if the device forces a reconnect after a number of times it will reboot.

Another issue that I see is that your MaxCallDuration times the connection out. If you wish to to eliminate this limitiation, you will need to go to the COMCfg and filter MaxCallDur. Set this value to 0.
