Retrieve registration information

Can you send the registration information for the end user? He is trying to download the software onto a new machine, and is getting an error because he’s not typing in information precisely the same way as it was originally registered.

Attached is the entire email string in case you need it. Basically, GE is trying to re-install on a different machine, the software p/n 024720 Anybus Profinet Master Simulator Plus, that was purchased in Jan 2019 on Horizon Solutions PO # 1192970. So far, they haven’t been able to successfully install it and we would like to provide them with a resolution.
