RMA for Cosy Device. Does not boot, port lights not active

Customer called in and had an issue with his cosy device. The device Port LED lights were not functioning. We tried to perform a factory reset on the device, but it was unresponsive. The unit has a solid amber USR light, and is unable to establish local communication. I have advise the customer to follow the RMA process with their distributor.
