RMA for eWON Cosy 131

Needs RMA.

  • Cosy will not connect to AT&T network
  • Has been factory reset
  • Tried all possible APNs
  • Tried multiple SIM cards

I have the defective product in hand now. How can I facilitate getting the replacement shipped to my location and having this product returned?
